Check each device if it shows the same message.
Determine if ring solar panel is working.

Bring your stick up cam near your router and trigger an event.
If the sound does not improve try holding the setup button down for twenty seconds and testing again.
If it does try to unplug the solar charger or panel from the ring device.
We have had lots of sun lately so i don t understand and wonder if the panel is even working.
The spotlight cam solar panel is specifically configured to work with spotlight cam and stick up cam battery.
Ok guys i had called ring and before they told me i figured it out.
The answer is that under power source when the solar panel is connected and detected this changes from battery to power outlet indicating that power is coming from the solar panel or ac.
Check the following items.
Inspect both the cable and port to ensure they are clean and undamaged.
Touch the multi meter s red positive lead to your solar panel s positive wire.
Then touch the multi meter s black negative lead to your solar panel s negative wire.
Then reconnect it to the device and check if you will still get the same message.
I have the ring stick up cam battery and have attached the solar panel and i don t see any way to check if it is actually working.
The volt reading on your multi meter should be close to or just under 60 volts.
